SHIPMENT

All orders shipping to US addresses are shipped insured via USPS from Portland, OR with the approximate transit time of 2-8 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds are only offered if damage occurs during shipment or as a result of my fabrication error. Normal wear, tear, and patina (darkening of metal from the natural elements) are not eligible for refunds.

Lindsey Snell LLC will not offer refunds to customers who order incorrect sizes. Items can be exchanged for different sizes. For questions about sizing email Lindsey at [email protected]

CARE OF JEWELRY

Each piece is made by hand with great care inside the studio. Show the jewelry the same amount of care in return by playing by these simple rules:

+ avoid wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, and cleaning.

+ store each piece away from moisture (preferably inside a box or pouch)
